Kip oversees facilities and property management, including building construction, rehabilitation and property maintenance. With more than 30 years of experience, Kip joined the agency in 2002 after serving for 14 years at the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for Maricopa County, where he filled a variety of roles, including Case Manager, Team Leader, Site Manager, Area Director, Program Coordinator for Adult Services, Director of Planning and Special projects, Intergovernmental Relations Coordinator and Clinical Outreach.
Kip holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from University of Redlands.
In his spare time, Kip enjoys spending time with family and friends.
